San Francisco Pre-Weding Photos M+J - Michelle Chang Photography
This is my second time photographing Mark and Joanne, the first time was their engagement session back in 2017. As their June 2018 wedding approaching, they hired me for their pre-wedding photos, and it was so much fun!
We ended the photo shoot in pouring rain but still managed to get some beautiful photos. Because Mark and Joanne will be in a wedding dress and suite so we wanted some photos in the magnificent San Francisco city hall. It was a crowdy day because the weather outside was gloomy and can rain any minute, but from the photos, you probably won't be able to tell.
This is not Joanne's actually wedding dress on the wedding day, it is a rental from Big Day Service and it's absolutely gorgeous also fits Joanne very well. If you are looking to rent a dress for photo shoots, please check out Big Day Service, they have a wide selection of dresses for anything wedding related.
We moved on to the palace of fine arts for more photos with the beautiful architecture, this is when it started to pour! Luckily by that time, we have already made our way under the rotunda. Once the rain stopped, we walked around and took some more photos in the area. As we were finishing up our session at the Palace of fine art, we thought maybe we can make it to one of the piers on Embarcadero for an amazing ending shot with the San Francisco cityscape, unfortunately, with the traffic by the time we made it near the area it started to pour again, and this time was heavier than before.
What do you think we did? Gave up and say ok we got enough photos anyway? or did we brave the rain and the possibility of getting sick to get a shot with the Trans America building? You'll have to scroll through the pictures below to find out!
